Following the classroom training, the contractor and Owner/Operator’s training coordinator(#s) will integrate the Owner/Operator O&M staff into the commissioning activities.
Operators will primarily be assigned to the control room to participate in the various commissioning evolutions and commissioning LOTO activities; however, when appropriate, they will join the field commissioning groups to participate in the actual in-plant commissioning activities.
Maintenance personnel will be assigned to their discipline commissioning teams, mechanical, electrical and I&C and will participate in the commissioning activities as part of their respective teams. They will participate in the request, issuance and closing of safety documents.
If requested, confidential interim and/or final assessment of the Owner/Operator personnel can be provided to identify any need for supplemental training. At the contractor/Owner/Operator option, a Training Coordinator can be provided to manage the Training Program and OJT integration.
