Operating Procedures

Using the system descriptions, the control descriptions, the vendor operating instructions and the Owner/Operator policies and procedures; NEPS can develop an initial draft of the operating procedure(s) for each plant system.

These initial drafts are vetted by the Owner/Operator team during either the later stages of the commissioning phase  (with the concurrence of the facility contractor) or during initial operation following COD.

This development effort can be supplemented to address the development of protocols covering plant environmental release, abnormal or emergency event, etc.
