NEPS can provide the contractor with any of the following commissioning personnel on a power generation, waste-to-energy, or seawater reverse osmosis project.

• Commissioning Manager
• Deputy Commissioning Manager
• Lead Mechanical and Electrical Commissioning Supervisors
• Mechanical and Electrical Commissioning Engineers
• Lead Controls (DCS)/I&C Commissioning Supervisors
•   I&C Commissioning Engineers/Technicians
• LOTO Coordinator
• Turnover Package Coordinator
• Training Coordinator
• Commissioning Operators
• Commissioning Administrator

 The individuals would be assigned to work under the direction of the contractor as an integral part of the contractor’s team. The individuals will  have had extensive experience in the position for which they have been selected. 

The Commissioning Team is the contractor’s final and Owner/Operator initial quality check. Commissioning needs to be certain that the system being transferred from construction can reasonably be expected to be accepted by the Owner/Operator upon completion of the commissioning activities.
