NEPS has experience in the development of facility RFP scopes of work, draft contract and RFP bid comparison.

NEPS can assist the Owner in conforming the RFP with the bid scope of work/contract exceptions, additions and clarifications.

NEPS can also assist the Owner/Operator in the management of the contract coordinating RFIs and claims for extras.

NEPS personnel have participated in the development of various documentation to support contract closure and claims of extra work associated with the facility contract.
