 The NEPS Integrated Commissioning Management System™ (ICMS™) contains over 200 templates for; management, administrative, safety, generic, system and special commissioning procedures.Client selected, management, administrative, safety and generic procedures can each be delivered in 5-7 man-hours or less.Each plant mechanical and electrical system commissioning procedure will require 1-3 days for the initial draft and may require revision to incorporate changes not obvious from the P&IDs/1-line drawings. Contractor Design changes may also require revision to system commissioning procedures.Special commissioning procedures, e.g., steam blow, chemical cleaning, lube oil flushes, relay testing, electrical backfeed, etc., will require additional time for initial issue; will require interface with project personnel and vendors and will, based on our experience, require multiple revision prior to actual in-field use.
